Location is just off the beltway with easy access. Within walking distance of 10 restaurants, everything from seafood to burgers, Mexican food, steaks. Parking is limited. Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet!

Very good place to stay. Quit even being across from elevator. Beds set high but are very firm. Very comfortable. Great breakfast. Great shuttle service

One of the factors in our reservation choice was the availability of an airport shuttle. We arrived at DFW around 8pm and were informed when we called the hotel that the shuttle only ran until 3pm. So we had to get an Uber for our party instead. Likewise we expected to get 1 rollaway bed but were informed that they weren't available even though they were advertised as being available. When we arrived onsite and started complaining about this false advertising, the lady at the front desk became very defensive (and not apologetic) and even ridiculously threatened to call the police and/or not allow us to check in, despite the fact that none of our party had threatened her, raised their voice, etc. She blamed COVID for an out of date booking profile on hotels.com, which is frankly ridiculous since she admitted that this issue has been a problem "all the time for the last two years" (literally as we were checking in, she received another call from a customer asking where their shuttle was, only to be told there was none). After this she did apologize but this seemed disingenuous after the threat to call the police. If my family hadn't needed a place to sleep I would have rather gone somewhere else at twice the price instead but instead I swallowed my pride. Take my advice and avoid this scam if you're in the DFW area.

I stay at Choice Inns and Choice Suites for business travel. I always pick the Choice brand for price. Some of the Choice hotels I've stayed in are run down and appear to be uncared for. This particular Choice Inn in Grapevine is much, much better than the rest of them. It's clean, quiet, and in good shape. Definitely worth the money for a working class traveler that doesn't want to spend a fortune.
