10/10 favorite bike store in town (so far anyway…) Total pros, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Competitive prices and fastest repair times I’ve seen around. Their tune up service is amazing 😻

My child’s bike is missing one front wheel cap nut and I spent one hour searching it at Home Depot, no luck. I went into this bike shop with little hope, a young associate welcomed me and I showed him the nut. He went to the back and a couple minutes later he came out with an exact match! It was like a miracle to me! He didn’t even charge me any money! Thank you for your kindness and what you do for this neighborhood. I will definitely come here for my next bike shopping.

TLDR: Beware - worst bike tune up ever! Never going back there. They did only the bare minimum and were angry when I pointed it out I paid more than $300 to get my bikes tuned up - they picked them up and all - that was great. Unfortunately they did the extra things I paid for, but didn’t in my opinion do the basic maintenance on the drive train. They said that I should bring them in to talk about what else they could do, which I did. When I talked to them in the store they gave me a hard time - said they did the maintenance. I know my bikes. The cleaning job I did on them early last spring was there, the bike wasn’t tuned up more. I went here after a good experience, but now I’m not thrilled I paid for something that really I could have done myself. Add to that the floor persons inability to believe that the work wasnt 100% and I’m not going here again. I likely was going to ask about upgrading this season so, hey. They lost potentially a few hundred over small stuff. A lot of people have had positive experiences but I’ll not be going back. Edit: I checked the cable job that they did on my bike, took it on a test spin and wasn’t able to shift out of the lowest chainring! So not only did I not get the tuneup that o feel like I paid for they didn’t set up the bike at all. You’d think that the tech would at least run through the gears before saying they’d done the work. And last edit: I brought the bike in, the guy (same curmudgeon as before) took less than 10 minutes to adjust the cables after giving me a hassle about how long ago the work was done. Like they might not honor the fact they didn’t do the work in the first place.

Best bike shop in the areaaa!!!!!! Nicest people ever might have to break my bike weekly to see them lol. Jacob was helping me out with my bike he was super friendly and knew a lot for his age. He deserves a raise!!!! This place is awesome and I highly recommend it and will definitely bring my bike back when needed!
