Tends to be a bit crowded. Too many people walk dogs off leash and don't pick up after them. Pretty scenery just watch where you step.

Nice and long trail with really pretty views. Great for kids and many people walk their dogs as well. Lots of water views with ducks, seagulls, swans, and even a Banded Kingfisher

Questions & Answers

Are there trails for dirtbikes?

Officially, no afaik. But there are trails! There are often cops that patrol Kimberly ann park. Park your car on narragansett drive (past the closed building 19 ) next to am source and cross over the railroad tracks. Alternatively park in the lot for tee ball at Kimberly ann. Due to cops and more off leashed dogs near the baseball field, the 2nd location is preferable.

Is this entire trail paved and is it two miles or 10 miles - conflicting reviews

The Greenway is a 3 mile, paved, walkway/bikepath (similar to the East Bay Bikepath) that runs alondside the Ten Mike River with termini at Kimberly Rock Field off of Ferris Ave in East Providence to the south and Doreen Tomlinson Park off of Dagget St in Pawtucket to the north. It goes through Slater Park. It is closed from sunset to sunrise unless you use it to commute to and from work. The south end of the Greenway is accessible for launching kayaks into Central Pond.
