I wish there was an option for 2.5 stars since they don’t quite deserve 3. The shirts themselves are great. I highly recommend the shirts however, if you need to go into a store, save yourself from having a bad day and just order online. The customer experience there is poor and nobody there seems like they want to be there. To share one of my experiences, I had ordered a shirt through them that they didn’t have at the store but a month later I still had not received the shirt. I did not get any notice of the shirt NEVER being ordered. I went over to check up on the shirt and they blamed it on a glitch in the system. I then was told I had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for it to come in. Nobody took ownership of the mistake and they didn’t care at all. To CT… please refine your hiring process. The turnover there is horrendous and I have yet to find an employee there who is helpful. The product is there but the customer experience unfortunately hurts the likelihood of people discovering a go-to professional shirt place. -ITV

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a retail store. The guy who seemed to be the location manager had a bad attitude which extended to his associates. I asked to try on the shirts I was buying and the associate said “well…they’re just going to fit like the sample one you tried on” which is not true, different collar and material. They were frustrated when answering my simple questions about shirt material and collar. Shipping to the store for pickup wasn’t allowed. If you absolutely have to buy from this store, save yourself the bad attitudes and order online.
