When trying to make reservation the lady that andwered only knew how to call back later. No matter what time i called i could not get assistance on the phone. So we made reservation online and prayed for the best. The furniture is outdated the decor is tacky and carpets were nasty and sticky. The best part of hotel was the water pressure of the shower and how close the restaurant was to hotel.

I was debating whether or not to write this review because the issue was resolved, but while we were away after the first night, the cleaning lady threw away all of my makeup while we still had the room for another night. While the manager did pay me back, she was extremely rude. When I first brought the missing makeup up to her, she said that her cleaning ladies don't throw away makeup as if I was making the story up or something until she called her cleaning lady who was, luckily, truthful about what happened. Not to mention, we opted to stay at a separate family member's room the first night because the screen in the bathroom window was on the floor and we didn't feel safe. I checked out early after the makeup incident and it all just felt like a big waste of money and time. I'm sure this hotel would have been an okay stay if these unfortunate things hadn't happened, but I still wouldn't suggest staying here if you can afford a different place. To end on a positive note, the room was very clean and you're right next to a cute little restaurant.

The front desk woman is unfriendly and rude. The bathroom door in my room would not close, the toilet seat was off to one side. The soap feels like sand paper, no booklets in rooms to tell you anything about things around. No phone or alarm clock in room. Only good thing really was that the bed wasn't horrible to sleep on and it's relatively close to things. I would not stay here again though.
