IMO, this is not a very good place to bring a visitor. The sleep coefficient is .59 percent. Just think, one of those nodding-off congregants may slam their head into the skull of my friend. Concussion could follow. So why bring a wonderful neighbor or colleague who may suffer affliction? Bring an enemy instead! Not a lot of parishioner integrity, here. Folks say they'll call you for coffee or lunch - I never heard from any of them. Finally, the pastor relishes telling humerous anecdotes about himself. He seems to think they're cute. Indeed, they are in a superficial manner. Improving his homilects may prove helpful? There doesn't appear to be any receptivity to such a recommendation. The Quakers & Orthodox churches need a presence in the high desert. Beneficial to all, they would be! Below, is a marvelous painting by Rubens titled "Christ Rising from the Dead." I know there are meetings @ 5:30 on Monday and Thursday... there are a few others. The meeting room is at the North end of the building.

Do to a smaller volunteer staff, and fewer high quality items the rummage ministry has decided to scale back their sales. They will be doing more smaller sales per year instead of two large sales. The first new sale is expected to be in August, but please keep checking the Churches website and Facebook pages for more information as it is made available.
We are in a transition at the moment i believe we will have a new pastor wothin the next month or so.
