This place has no translators. My mother has to constantly have my sister or I go with her to translate what the doctor tells her. This is NOT patient-centered care. I feel terrible for people who come here and don’t have access to professional translators to help them with communicating with the doctor. The doctor does not care about there being a communication barrier and makes it seem like it’s a ‘you’ problem and that ‘you’ need to find a translator for yourself. This place doesn’t care about clients needs when it comes to communication and is not culturally sensitive.

This is the worst Dr. What I should say Dr Quack. He did not want to listen to what i had to say. The app. only lasted about 3 minutes. My app. Was at 1:30pm thay called me at 9:15am. To ask me to come in now, I did. Will never use Desert Pain Care again.

De Anderson should lose his medical license. He is rude, shows no empathy and has zero bed side manner. I don’t understand why someone so angry and dis compassionate would practice medicine. I am reporting him to the medical board, if you have issues please do the same.

Since Dr Anderson left it's gone to s...They even changed the name so beware. It was Desert Pain. Now it's Inland Pain. Humm??
