Residing at Princeton place has been great so far! The apartments themselves are very clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big selling point for me. The staff are very responsive and always super helpful. Recently had an issue with my dishwasher and w/ in a few days they were at my apartment replacing it. Maintenance and groundkeepers do an exceptional job from landscaping during the summer to plowing during winter months. The grounds are very nice with great landscaping, ample parking, and amenities such as a pool, tennis court, and gym. Its location is perfect as it is close to Umass if you work there and a short drive to the downtown area of Worcester.

Never ever rent this place!!!! 1. Noise is everywhere, especially at night someonw will jump above your head. 2. Cockroaches are the problem!!! I moved here site unseen from out of state and I Love this place, the apartment was much more than I expected, clean and so much room. My Dog Cody also is enjoying the cool little dog park. I got an apartment in the cleanest and best way I could Imagine. Very well designed and spacious and convenient location for those working at UMass. No. The first month's rent is pro-rated based on the lease start date and is due (along with a $75 lock & key charge) on or before move-in day. We do not collect the last month's rent up front.
We have bike racks available for residents to use.
Charcoal BBQ grills are available on the property year-round. Grills of any kind are not permitted on patios/balconies.
We utilize Package Concierge for our package room, located in the clubhouse. Info and a username/PIN are provided upon move-in.
Cable service is provided by Spectrum and is NOT included in the monthly rent; residents must set up individual accounts with Spectrum upon move-in.
There is free WiFi in the clubhouse/gym via Spectrum.
We do not have valet trash removal services or dedicated recycling. However, we do have trash receptacles where residents can place trash.
We provide ample, unassigned parking for our residents. Guests may park anywhere. Alert the office if you anticipate being out of town for an extended period of time or if a guest vehicle will be parked on the property for more than 24 hours.
We are pleased to be a smoke-free community.
The apartments were built in 1987; renovations are done as needed/warranted.
Kitchen apartments are equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove w/range hood, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There is not a built-in microwave.
We do have washers and dryers available in select apartments. We also provide on-site laundry facilities for our residents.

Schools in the area include City View Elementary School, Worcester Junior High School, Worcester North High School, Worcester Technical High School, Worcester Academy.
Union Station (MBTA, WRTA, Amtrak) is 1.7 miles from the property. WRTA stops on Shrewsbury Street, UMass campus, and more.

Utilities average around $150-200/mo. in the winter. We have recently installed Mitsubishi mini-splits in the living room of all apartments and they are very efficient/cost-effective.
