Went to world nails today after 8+ years of being a loyal customer. Everytime I go in I get the pedicure and ask to add the callus remover. Today, I was in a hurry so just asked to get a regular pedicure. My pedicure started and was finished 25 minutes later! She scrubbed BOTH of my feet and gave me a massage for less than a minute each. I looked at my feet and asked if she would scub the side a bit. She said, next time I should do callus remover. I let her know I had just got the callus remover 2 weeks ago. I was upset. While my nails were drying I sat near the manager/owner who has seen me there many times. I let him know that I was upset at my pedicure. Soon after, I heard him mention to the person he was helping something like what was I expecting for $20. I stayed calm, and asked him if I could pay a couple minutes later. I asked if he mentioned to the lady that I got bad service because I wanted the $20 pedicure. He laughed. DO NOT GO HERE! THE SERVICE QUALITY HAS DEMINISHED! And they do not care unless you are willing to add services. I let him know that I chose that price today and I know he has seen me pay more. He should not offer a $20 pedicure if the service is going to be horrible because of it.

I'm a return customer and I've never felt so welcomed at a nail salon before. I came in today to get my nails done, and they did a fantastic job as always even while dealing with difficult customers, who were giving the technicians a hard time. The manager came in and defended his technicians - it's nice to see a manager who really cares for his technicians. I come from a background working in cosmetics as well, and let me tell you, a lot of people out there always think the customers are right and never come to their employees' defense. Although some of them may be right at certain times, this scenario today was just ridiculous because they were yelling at the technicians who has very limited English and throwing out profanity in an attempt to bargain down the price. The manager stepped in and dealt with them, and even apologized to us afterwards for the chaos. He and the technicians respected that we come in to get our nails done to de-stress and get some peace. My technician had to step away to help the manager, but then returned afterwards and finished up my fullset. They even offered me tea afterwards too! Anyways, it was unfortunate that they had such difficult customers today knowing that this is my favorite nail salon to come to. I'll be returning again soon to continue supporting their business, and I hope they'll get more accommodating customers that will appreciate their work. 10/10 would recommend! :)

They have like 3 different kind the cheapest is $15 just a regular pedi with leg massage
It depends on what you get, my pink and white ombre was 35. It's usually around that or less if you just get regular acrylic and a gel polish.
