There is a whole side lot area that can occupy at least 8-10 semi and full trailer.
They do have diesel pumps for big rigs, clearance is high enough for large load to make it under. Pump closest to you on outter left when your pulling in from heading north is the Diesel pump you all would be looking for. (The one that has two pump towers right by each other)
No scales , but they do at brightwood mill or heading south there is a scale 7 miles
There are also showers at the truck stop North of Madras called The Plateau

Yes, plenty of parking for large vehicles. Since they have parking for semi trucks, there is more than enough pull- through parking for any RV.
There are nights when it's impossible to get through. But mostly, it takes a couple times before they answer, it's usually only 2 people working at night.
