Big O Tires

I don't want to tank these guys or anything, they're very nice and usually I have a wonderful experience with them. But I want it to be brought to someone's attention so there's some responsibility taken: I brought my car in with a nail in my brand new tires I got from Big O. Left it there for an hour, they said it would be done, and took it home. My tire pressure light didn't go off for the next three weeks, during which I brought it back for them to check and reset the computer. Light still didn't go away. So I brought it in AGAIN, and they found the problem - the SAME NAIL was in my tire and there were no previous patches. They didn't fix it in the first place, just filled it with air and sent me on my way! Thank god I brought it in for a third time because it was low and I would've had to buy a whole new one if it got any worse. Hope this gets seen by somebody there and gets talked about because it was so unnecessary and ridiculous. Unfortunately I'll be taking my business elsewhere

These guys are awesome, while traveling from Oregon to Utah I noticed a screw in my tire. They not only repaired the tire but they also rotated my tires and gave me an update on my transmission fluid.

Had a flat on my 3 axel trailer I pulled up and they changed my tired out within 10 minutes, great service and fast.
