#1,spend $50 and replace the speaker in drive through. It's muffled and nearly impossible to hear. Shouldn't require repeated order 3,4 times. Next get to window after 7 minutes in line (2 cars ahead of me) again repeated order [3] chili cheese and onion burgers a blue coconut slush and oreo shake. 3 times I'm asked if I wanted cheese. YES !!! 11 minutes later I get TWO burgers. I told the young girl I ordered 3. Rather than an "oh I'm sorry let me fix this for you, I get her repeated, you ordered two and then her snippy self slammed the window shut. Well, I realize how working minimum wage in fast food could bring on stress and attitude but you're forgetting who you work for; the customers in you incessant slow drive through. And save your teenage attitude as well. No idea who's "running" the shop but, a little talk with snippy attitude is warranted. Also..how about a "sorry for the long wait". Nah..easier to vent here and take my $25 elsewhere next time. Sad too, the food is usually spot on. But, this employee left a terrible impression and obviously couldnt care less. That kills a business just saying

I LOVE Sonics drinks, I recommend the Strawberry Limeade if you haven't tried it, it's perfect. The food on the other hand is less than desirable. The burgers I'd give a solid C+, same with the Popcorn Chicken. Everything else is very low quality and disappointing.

Sonic is a great restaurant with a nice roller skating gimmick that makes it fun and a wee theatrical. The milkshake and slushie variety at this place is superb, and for a drive-restaurant, it's really everything you could ask for. It is leagues faster than Pete's Drive-in, and the ambience is a bit more family-friendly. The workers here are genuinely good people, and my word Happy Hour is such a lovely deal. My one complaint, and this is really enough for me to ding the place a star, is that the burger I ordered looked nothing like the picture. Not even a little. I get that marketing is not always a reflection of reality, but the burger I got had no tomatoes, and one pickle, and was smashed like a school lunch. I have never seen such a gross contrast between what I am actually eating, and how it's advertised to me. At the end of the day, their burgers aren't their selling point, so make of that what you will.

We generally love sonic but the bathrooms at this location were not well maintained and it did not give us confidence in our meal when we watched two employees come out of the bathrooms knowingly aware of their condition. The service was slow. We had to go back and request additional items. It was not a good experience.We're sorry to hear you had a negative experience with one of our locations. No because most things are and always have been overpriced with lots of ice. Ice is cheap to make. Not for me as I'm looking for value.
