Historical. Amphitheater listen to the music as you sit on the lawn under a shady tree. Street parking and a few homeless. Santa Barbara Foresters baseball ⚾🧢🍻

There are some stands, but small. Most people bring blankets and beach chairs and sit on the grass. Best to go early to get a good spot!
Yes there is parking but maybe park away from the baseball fields due to foul balls getting hit towards the parking lot
Yes. The courts have lights.
