I'm really really pleased with Dr Moore and her office! The reason why I gave it four stars instead of five however is, I felt like there was a bit of a lack of communication. And unorganization. From the time I brought my cat in and sat at the window, at the office to checking out and paying money. There's that and very easily I spent a lot of money and didn't quite understand what it was all for. When I was asking questions, I felt like it was hit and miss depending on which assistant I was talking with, to what kind of a response or attitude I got back. Let me be clear, I'm not saying that anyone there had an attitude per se, in the negative response. Everyone was very kind overall. I may change this to a five-star. But I can say they excel in so many ways. I had an urgent situation with my younger cat. They got him in right away. And they got him feeling better pretty darn quickly. They are very flexible and helpful and even encouraging on: "we can do this... we can do that ...yes, bring him back in..." I didn't feel at any time that I was alone in the journey. Dr. Moore even went above and beyond to check in via email and phone. She often did this even outside office hours. It was very comforting to know that I had a place and a vet to go to during any duration of my cat's illness and recovery. Thank you Dr. Moore I would highly recommend Dr Moore's Veterinarian for your fur babies! 😺 🐶 🕊️ 🦎 🐈

We visited this clinic when our guinea pig fell ill. She is better now, thanks to them. They were courteous and showed genuine concern for us. Dr. Moore is very knowledgable with guinea pigs and treated her as if she were her own. The clinic was clean. Every time I've called they ask about how she is doing. We are so grateful for having found this clinic, because veterinarians who not only see guinea pigs, but who are also knowledgable and comfortable with them are hard to find. Thank you! Update: It’s been a few years since I posted this review and it’s still true. Same guinea pig had an urgent need to be seen and they were able to squeeze us in the same day. Even while trying to help some other people who were having a bad day, still professional and stayed after hours to make sure our guinea pig was taken care of and all our questions were answered. Still highly recommend this place!
