Just your typical hipster, overpriced Portland restaurant. There is nothing Indian about this place. All the wait staff and cooks in the kitchen are white (red flag!). As other reviews have mentioned, this place is extremely pricey for what you get — small portions and no flavor. Go search for an authentic Indian restaurant but good luck finding one around here!

Ketaki Rane

Pretty perfect place to grab some quick Indian street food. I think this is a newer location that we went to. They have some nice quirky named cocktails with a Desi twist. We ordered Vada Pav, Pav bhaji and Kati rolls- all were really good. Please note: the Kati rolls are pretty big which are good for sharing.

Such a fun place - the decor reminded me so much of India. And I absolutely loved the food. It was more Indian fusion than authentic Indian. I took a star away because they didn’t have any dessert options. Definitely going back there when I am in Portland next!!

Another Authentic Indian restaurant with Excellent ambiance, nice place to hangout with friends and family. Must try their Pav bhaji, vada pav and Okra fry. Grilled tikka bowl was okay. The only challenge here on a weekend is getting a parking spot. It’s road side parking and fills up pretty fast.
