Visiting from Michigan. Been to the ER twice in 2 weeks for my 3year old daughter. Exceptional employees here both times, from check-in, to nurse Taylor in triage, to nurse Brent in our room. Both times the doctors had wonderful bedside manner with my girl. NP Huenefeldt looked for "monkeys in her ears" and Dr. Keenan knew all the names of paw patrol. It was very comforting as a parent how good they were with her they treated her

Excellent care of our loved one in the ICU. Doctors never reached out to us, unless we scheduled a time to talk to them, which is fine. Only one RN that was kinda rude, saying (unfortunately, I have to KICK you out, as technically quiet time is from 1p to 3p. Instead of saying I'm KICKED OUT, I think it would have been more appropriate to explain quiet time policy and politely ask me to leave the room.

Yes 1st floor by surgery waiting. Also down in cafeteria. By the cafeteria you don't go through the main door there will be a walk way to your right.
