THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I CHANGED MY GAS WATER HEATER , I APPLIED AND QUALIFIED FOR A 400.00 REBATE . 3 MONTHS LATER, I HAD TO CALL 6 TIMES ABOUT IT! THE REPRESENTATIVES HUNG UP ON ME !, ONE OF THEM WAS SUCKING HER SINUSES AND COUGHED IN MY EAR FOR MINUTES! ..RUDE, DISGUSTING "REPRESENTATIVES" I WAITED FOR OVER 45 MINUTES IN ONE OF THE CALLS, IN ANOTHER CALL, THEY GAVE ME A FALSE # TO CALL, THEY WANTED TO GET RID OF THE CALL! THEY REFUSED TO GET A SUPERVISOR INVOLVED , I SENT 4 EMAILS TO A "SHARED EMAIL " THAT IS ALSO BOGUS , NO RESPONSE ...THE WORST , UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY FLAT OUT LIE AND MISLEAD, INEPT, THE WORST ! WORST CUSTOMER "SERVICE"

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE , I CALLED 09/08/2022 AFTER WAITING FOR 31 MINUTES , "GEORGE " PROCEEDED TO HELP WITH NOTHING, NONSENSE . THE QUESTION WAS : WHEN WILL I GET MY 400.00 REBATE? I APPLIED FOUR MONTHS AGO, IT IS SUPPOSED TO TAKE 4 WEEKS, IT HAS BEEN 12 WEEKS. HE SAID : "WELL PER CHANCE, MAYBE, THE PROBLEM, TAKES 4 WEEKS" I ANSWERED : "WHAT ARE YOU SAYING, BE MORE CLEAR, WHAT IS "THE PROBLEM" ? "GEORGE" PROCEEDED TO SAYS ANOTHER LETTERS SOUP, RANDOM,COMPLETELY INTELLIGIBLE ! AND JUST GOING AROUND AND AROUND BEFORE ANSWERING ANYTHING! AWFUL, AWFUL, CUSTOMER "SERVICE" USELESS! WASTE OF TIME !

Dear Sir, I received an email notice indicating that I should obtain my new account number for the next bill. Additionally, the email indicated I should send my payment to a new address in Miami. So, I went into my bank account and made the changes to ensure I send the next payment correctly. It occurred to me this could be a scam so I wanted to double check with Florida City Gas. I called and was on hold for 30 minutes so thought I'd try here. Thanks
