I paid $30 for gas nothing more. I checked my card app and saw that I was charged an additional $13 I need my money back it’s all I have until payday.Hi there, thank you for reaching out to us about this issue. The problem you encountered at your station appears to be a temporary card hold issued by your financial institution. We would appreciate it if you could please contact your bank or credit card company directly and speak with one of their agents in regards to this matter. They would be able to provide you with feedback on when the hold will approximately come off according to their records. BP does not have access to place holds on any credit card or personal bank accounts, and cannot be responsible for any overdraft fees that may occur However, if this transaction was processed as an unauthorized charge, you must have your bank or credit card company dispute the charges by initiating a charge-back. With this, the funds will be replaced back to your account and the merchant will take further action. Thanks, bp.
