I would say that Mark is a tax preparer that has the customer interest in mind. He takes his time to educate you on what is the best scenario for your taxes. He also advises you on deductions that you may not be aware of. I recently had my taxes prepared and I was made aware of a big deduction that my last preparer did not give to me. It saved me $6,000.00. I am self-employed so I am usually hit with a big tax bill annually. He also advised me of pay structures that are more beneficial to me as a self-employed individual. So overall, I appreciate someone who reviews my taxes, educates and makes sure I understand the best tax solutions based on my needs. Most importantly, he has me, the customer in mind.
