The ladies at the counter aren't exactly helpful,you really have to go find them to get answers or help...I however really like true value! Reason being is the owners are life long locals and are truly very kind an honest folks! They will do anything they can to help,with anything you need! If they can order it for you they will...They don't try to charge you an arm and a leg,prices are reasonable!

Clean, bright lights, impressive selection for a neophyte DIY guy. What impressed me the most was people asking a glaze eyed amateur if he needed direction. Don't know hardware prices, but they sure get my vote!
