If you are looking for a clean hotel with great staff than look no further. Was traveling from DC to Illinois and stopped here after reading reviews. I didn't make reservations but they were still able to accommodate me with a room. Room was clean, shower had great pressure and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and gave me a list of local restaurants. Free hot continental breakfast is available in the morning. Hotel is pet friendly but not sure if they limit pets to certain rooms or floors because my room had no signs of pets.

Checking in and out was easy and the staff very friendly. The room was huge BUT it was a bit musty and dark and had definitely seen better days. The furniture was kinda worn and the sleeper sofa was so rough we could not use it and might as well not have been there. The layout of the room was very odd and the doors were missing from the closet. The breakfast buffet was ok but lacking any sort of fresh fruit. The entire hotel seemed pretty worn and VERY dark. Just a very average hotel.

I liked the spacious room we had in this hotel (teo queen beds). The hotel was quite despite families with kids on both sides of our room. It was also close to the highway, but I could not hear any noise. The only one concern I had was about the size of the soap they give you, it is very small and they also have the cheapest toilet paper. It would not break a bank to upgrade it a bit. This hotel also had a pool which was working and there were towels over there. There was also a gym and a guest laundry. They don't clean the room while you stay there, which didn't bother me personally.

Terrible stay last night. Hotel made the mistake of giving another guest the key to our room. He walked in with his suitcase as my children and I were already in bed. Hotel then called me twice trying to get me to come to the front desk to clear up their own mistake. It was dirty, no towels in the pool area both times we swam. Good area was dirty and they were unprepared. After calling the third party company I booked through, they refused to compensate me in any way. Terrible experience.
