Its hunted pretty heavily. Thanksgiving morning there was about 50 hunters there.
Yes, in season. They also have Pheasant releases in the fall. Check the park calender or at the ODNR website for dates next year.

Not sure haven't had the chance yet. I would imagine there's a lot of people being that it's public and accessible from two sides. Id be leery about shooting there. Good luck and be safe.
