First they charge a $2.00 fee for debit and credit card transactions. When Visa and MasterCard only charge the business 2.9% fee to the business for the use of the card. A $2.00 charge on $20.00 is 10%. Someone is ripping off their customers.Additionally, Ohio law states the business must disclose this fee via signage at the counter. They do not do it and I had to question them on why the $2.00 fee was charged.

He has set the bar very high for my expectations in customer service and I have yet to meet somebody who is so consistently friendly and genuine. Also, if you need batteries on Christmas at 9 am this is the place to get them.
