zero customer service and Zero problem solving. The staff is careless for whatever problem they cause. In my specific case i was text by the driver and i was told that my package was ready for pick-up at this location. I spent my morning, driving half hour away from my home and once at location i was told they didn't have my package. I was attended by a lady named Sharly. She refused to help me even when i asked for a Manager. Suddenly i had to be tough on her to get the Manager. When the manager came, his name is Ernesto, i was told by this guy that they didn't have nothing to do with the text i received from THEIR driver. He also tried to play me. He called the number i was receiving texts from to prove he was right. That guy it's a joke. Obviously no one ever responded to the phone call since the texts was sent by the driver through a lebol machine and not a phone. He certainly known that. I had to argue till the end even to get an e-mail address to file my complaint. They refused and that is way i m using this way to give my opinion.

Worst company...EVER. I spent 3 days calling the Miami garden office with no response. I finally went in person. There was nobody at the front desk. No bell to notify that people in the back, that there were people in their front office waiting for service. I will not go into details regarding the treatment of the staff...all I can say is they need more people to work the front entrance. The entire experience was the worst ever.
