While the drinks may be tasty, the straw is too thin to let the fruit through. We stopped for a healthy drink while traveling through and spent $24 on drinks that are so difficult to drink!! Get better straws or blend the drinks better!!

Used to be a great spot. Last two times I was in it took over 30 min to get my order.. 15 of those minutes were spent waiting at the register and I was the only one in line. Everyone else was waiting. Seems understaffed since only two workers were in charge of taking orders, making drinks and food. I have tried mobile before but my drink modifications hike up the price for simple subs of milk choices or protein choices. People waiting on mobiles we’re also experiencing the same problems.

Used to love the Harvard location. Now they make customers wait and wait and ignore you on purpose. I watched a woman cut strawberries, wash them, go in the back, and keep working like the line wasn't there. The other three workers out front were cleaning machines, talking and ignoring us also. This was around 6pm on a weeknight so still early. Another night I went in and there were only two people in line. They never acknowledged us. I finally walked out and they didn't care one bit. Franchise owner needs to fire all these bad attitude non workers and get some people in there that want to work before it closes. I left and went to another smoothie place. That should not have happened.

Yes to both! You can ask at the register when ordering or make any substitution you’d like on the mobile app. Please note there may be an additional charge, depending on what you substitute with.
We do have options with higher protein! These can be found on our Performance Smoothies menu. You can also add a protein supplement to your food. You can choose from whey protein, pea protein, or soy protein!
Regarding gluten-free items, your best choice would be to stick with the fresh juices. The only ingredients in our fresh juices are fresh vegetables and fruits.
Currently, you will receive $3 for signing up and $2 will be dropped into your account after your first order. Aside from that, you can earn points for your orders which can be redeemed for free menu items. You will also receive special member-only offers and be the first to hear about special programs and promotions.
