Tired of the lousy no help customer service will not help you out will only laugh at you lack of intelligence and allow you to purchase more n more to further your issues not helpful very conflicting to the hobby I've spent thousands here unfortunatly and so have my freinds everyone has same issues over it thanks for wasting yet another hour drive for me here and hour back home to leave me hopeless as he says cant give you free advice when we like to charge for that then was kicked out of store by hippy kid and bag guy was only one near reason wont be back

The older gentlemen is extremely rude and uninviting. The owner was always a nice guy that was helpful back in the day. The old man has caused me to go elsewhere for my RC needs. **Edit: The Response from "The Owner's Kid" tells you everything you need to know about how they handle a situation and how they run their "business" Trust me when I tell you to go somewhere else if you need something for your RC cars. They have low-end disposable planes when the plane breaks, toss it. Order from a good Hobby store online, these people are crooks.

About 2 weeks
They try to fix them but they have screwed mine up every time I've gone in. I ended up fixing it myself and then had to fix their screwed up attempt. Complained to the owner of this place several times but all he does is make excuses. Because he is NEVER in that place, had to wait weeks for he to call me. The place is trash pure and simple.
As many times as I was in there they do have like a couple Bins of older rc parts I've come across some nitro parts but I'm not 100% sure jus give em a call ther all super nice people an the could answer all your questions an they have a small track next to the store
We require all staff and customers to have on a mask at all times,we limit the quantity of customers, we have social distancing guidelines and 6ft signs posted, we offer free masks, hand sanitizer throughout the store ,we clean store twice daily,we use a separate pen for every customer that goes into a separate box to be cleaned ,and masks are required no exception.
Dont waste ur time. This place sucks, workers suck, and they could careless about helping others.
