Apparently this truck driving school doesn't like to teach new students how to stop at red lights along 82 and 83. If you are a person wanting to learn how to drive trucks and receive your CDL, I highly recommend you pass this school by and move on to the next school! Otherwise you probably won't have your CDL very long.

great place top take your cdl course. a bit packed but as long as you don't sit around and watch other people drive the trucks you will learn something I passed my Class A CDL test first try highly recommend this school instructors was amazing especially TONY!!! but i got along with all of them they will walk you thru each maneuver and if your having troubles they will help you along the way they will joke with you and talk to you like a normal person instead of talk to you like an instructor as long as you pay attention and stay off your phone and participate you will not have any issue passing what so ever

I just graduated today with my CDL B (the class was only 4 days). Jim is a GREAT instructor , very patient , knowledgeable, kind and funny. I would recommend him and this school to anyone. Your pass rate depends on you and how well you absorb new information. This is an individual sport your success depends on how dedicated you are and how much work you put in. People pass and fail for different reasons. What I can say is they teach you exactly what you need to know to obtain your cdl. Come to school everyday, show up on time, ask questions; if you don't understand, study in your spare time, and do not give up. If you do all of those things the chances that you will be successful is high.

Call the school and check that out....you need 3 yrs of documented experience driving a class A ..... remember....we don't just teach ....we change people's life

Great lake is a great truck driving school to go to they have a lot of truck a lot of instructors so you will get the help that you need if you go to the Great Lake I'm speaking from experience
The test site at Great Lakes does rent test trucks to the best of my knowledge
They do provide rooms but you will be sharing a room with someone else unless you want a single room but it's like $425 extra per month. The lodging is at an extended stay hotel about 12 minutes from the school. I am currently in the school right now but I'm not lodging as I'm to close to the school

Yes they have a program for heavy equipment only. Not sure if there's tuition for it or not
Theres 3 courses 200 hr 400 hr and 600 hr....How. long ot takes you to complete the hrs is up to you.

Days class is from 830 am to 530 pm Monday _ Friday Night class is 530 pm to 930 pm Monday Wednesday and Thursday Saturday is 730am to 530 pm
There is test that you have to take. But once you pass the test you will get a card nceer that is good 4 life
