Nice park, sites are first come first serve. A bit of a walk to the restroom. Nice playground equipment. Not handicap accessible

Questions & Answers

How come the city of Goleta has let Stow Park fall into a run down area? The benches and tables need repair and the restrooms and disgusting. When the county parks dept. ran the operation they had it in good condition.

Yes unfortunately it is sad but I believe the park is actually co run by the state and the city and we know the state has diverted much funds from the park system (gotta have $$ for those over the top pensions) Also the drought is really reaking havoc with the red woods yes very sad

how can you reserve a site? or is it first come first serve

Go through city of goleta.....on los carneros rd...make a right off Hollister Avenue...one half blk ..set of bldgs on the right side

how many bbq areas are there? bbq pits are there?

There's 2 big pits for groups....a few smaller for picnic type bbqs
