I always love coming in to this UPS store when Heather is working. She is the friendliest person and it is so refreshing to stand in line and watch her interact with people. I have never seen her frazzled even when she has a line out the door. She treats everyone with the same respect and time that she does to the next person. She gets people in and out quickly but yet it doesn’t feel like she’s shoving you out the door. Thanks Heather for going above and beyond!

I recieved a package pick up notice on my front door 3 days before attempting to pick it up. I went to the store and showed the Manager the notice. She ruddly said that they didn't need it but what was my name. I handed her my drivers licence she returned to tell me that the package was not there and to contact customer service. I went home and used the notice to track the package that said it was infact at the Kaysville store recieved by SMITH who I assume is the manager. I called them and spoke with said manager again who then told me that the address on my ID was not the delivery address, which is true because it had an old address on it. This was new information that she did not discuss with me on my first visit. I mentioned this and she said that I need to bring in mail with the correct address. No appology point in fact extremely rude. I returned to the store and Kelly was there to help me and did a good job that is why I give 2 stars both for Kelly. The manager is a rude, poor customer service employee. I recommend she work elsewhere where she does not need to interact with customers. I will avoid using this UPS location in the future.

Worst service ever! Went in to ship Amazon returns with prepaid labels. I had put the three items in one box but was told that wasn’t allowed. They tried to force me to buy their boxes. When I asked if I could use some of the empty Amazon boxes on the floor behind the counter she said no because they recycle them. I said you’ve got to be kidding. She was a classic underpaid overworked employee on a power trip. Taking my business elsewhere and recommend everyone else does too!

The Kaysville UPS is amazing. I don’t know what they tell their employees but they are all super nice and patient with all the people who go there. I end up there regularly with Amazon returns. When I first went to return things I had no idea what to do and it was Christmas time and it got busy fast. But the gal helping me was just nice and patient and when I got anxious about the line growing she said “it’s ok we will just get your stuff done, no worries” and she was totally calm. It was huge for me. And the truth is that ever since then I have noticed that sometimes things are quiet and the next minute busy. They have no way to control that, but the people are all very good at what they do and they are all knowledgeable and the line never stays long for long. Anyway I was there again today and even though I have been there several times I had something come up that was confusing again and the person who helped was again super helpful and kind. I realized that I should totally right a review and hope that it doesn’t make everyone want to go to my special place.

Deal directly with UPS Customer Service and not with the individual UPS Stores. These stores are not owned by UPS and are not responsible for claims and damages. They are franchises owned by individual people who make their money by selling you services, not by following up on lost and damaged packages.
