I used to come here 2-3 times a week during my lunch break as I work close by. There have been numerous times where the store is closed due to staffing issues. Today, literally the door was blocked with their takeout shelf with a printed off note saying it’s only delivery or take out today. You’ve wasted my time for the last time. Bye.

The ineptitude of some is astonishing.. avoid this Jimmy John’s like the plague. Over 2 hour wait and both orders were wrong… only 0.3 miles from the store location. “subs so slow.. you’ll die before it gets to you”.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The avocado was grey and clearly bad. The mayo was off and the cucumbers were just turning bad. The bread tasted funny for some reason. I've gotten very bad food poisoning from the sandwich. I am never coming here again. Supply chain issues is no excuse for serving expired product.

I’ve found my delivery to consistently be late and take about an hour or so to get to me. When I have called asking where my food is I never get very good customer service, just pushed off the phone. This last time I received my sandwich and the package smelt like smoke and you could see the driver smoking in the car. Very disappointed over all

Can I charge my food and get it delivered without opening an account?

Yes, you place your order and check out as a guest.

Why doesn't the delivery person for Jimmy John's have a muffler. And why does he drive it so hard? Delivering to Como elementary School just now.

Hey Peter, There are a number of reasons why someone wouldn't have a muffler. Unfortunately, it seems unlikely that you will succeed in your venture to determine the root cause of structural resource allocation failures in the Google Reviews section. I suggest Urban Planning. Likewise, while the friend driving the car may have hated you personally or (much more likely) they hated children, they likely will be unable or unwilling to answer your question in this venue. I suggest offering to purchase a muffler installation for each employee at your local sandwich shops. Thank you for asking!! E
