I recently bought a new CBR 600, it was quick easy and very straightforward exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately a few days later my neighbor backed into my bike and dropped it and then a day after that got into a little minor accident,the ladies and gents over at Honda got me taken care of! I would especially like to mention my guy Hector in the parts department, he went above and beyond helping me get the replacement parts I needed at a great deal! This is the place to go! 🤌🤌🤌

Just don't buy their Honda care or anything from RICK CASE POWERHOUSE, it doesn't work and they don't stand behind the warranty. Honda use to be known for reliability, but they don't want to take responsibility when they have an issue. We bought a 2018 Pioneer from rick case Honda and since the beginning we experienced overheating issues. Took it to the dealer to tell us that there was a service bulletin for a fan inoperative. The reflashed the ECM and still bike was overheating. On our fifth trip to the dealer for the same issue since we bought it, they tell us the reason it's overheating is because the head is blown! How in the world do you acknowledge through a service bulletin that you have problem with fans not working yet when something serious as a blown head can happen from a new unit not being able to seat the rings and do a proper break in. So Honda care doesn't want to warranty the head now, even though on the third visit they recommended to the dealer to change thermostats, bleed the whole cooling system, etc. all under warranty. In conclusion they knew they had a huge overheating issue which you can google fast, multiple people who bought from rick case Honda had the same issue, we just got it the worst. We are extremely disappointed and will never buy another Honda. We have bought several from rick case over the years, but they won't be getting our business any longer as well as our family or friends.

Wow wish I could buy everything in the store. Friendly service
