This location wasn't up to the usual standard. They had two or three flavors of pints in their freezer (rather than the usual 6+). Made a special trip for the flavor of the day, only to find out they changed it without updating their website.

Be careful if you’re from out of state like me. Im not very very familiar with this stores items So of course will need some time to look over their menu. the cashiers just looks SOOO unhappy working there and looked sooo impatient with me. They looked angrily at me waiting and waiting on me to order. I’m not very familiar with Culver’s so I needed time to look at the menu…. I just wanted to leave because I felt so unwelcomed… but the children insisted we eat here.. I’m really glad my payment didn’t go through because their machine wasn’t working. I love Culver’s in general but this location just felt so odd to me and unsettling…. terrible workers most likely means a terrible manager. I’ve been to better locations with happier cashiers who were more upbeat than these miserable cashiers were. Only 3 of the cashiers were this way, everyone else were busy walking around working instead of standing at the register staring me down unhappily.

The Rice Street Culver's is pretty good. The drive-thru is quick, the staff are friendly, and the food is the same consistently excellent Culver's that you know and love. I only use the drive-thru, so I don't have a good read on the inside service.

Absolutely one of the best Culver's I've ever been to. The staff here is always nice, helpful, happy, and fun. I work close to this location and there are many other restaurants in the area but I keep going back to this restaurant because the staff is always so pleasant. It helps that I love the food that they make fresh after I order and that they are able to accomplish my order very quickly every time!
