I stay in a lot of hotel rooms every year. This one was acceptable, except for the strong odor in my room. The room smelled strongly of smoke. My sister who stayed in another room retorted the same problem. She checked out early and went home because of it. I opened the sliding window for over an hour to air out the room, with no improvement. (Yes, the window actually opens!) After a two-day stay, my shoes and clothes smelled of smoke after I returned home. I've never had such a smelly room. I should have guessed because when I arrived, the locking security door was propped open and a male employee was smoking less than a foot from the door. It's too bad, because the front desk host was welcoming and the location was good. But I can't stay here again.

Spent 1 night at $79 while our motor home was being worked on at the REV Group. Brandi and her crew provide exactly what we wanted. Clean room, quiet location, free coffee, breakfast, WiFi and super friendly staff.

Worst experience ever. Did not feel safe. Other guests very loud. TV did not work. Fan in bathroom did not work. The smell in the hall was horrid. Did not look nor feel clean.

Very dirty. We checked in between 4 and 5 pm.. We left to go do stuff... didnt scope out the room yet (huge mistake) a little after 11 we returned.. Its 2am now and we went home. Very unsanitary !!!!! Dirty towel in bathroom on the back of the door this towel was even stiff!!! , hair in shower on wall, Reese in fridge toenail clippings on the floor even the light switch was dirty. We were extremely disappoint with the room. *cant speak on pool or breakfast because we didnt make it through the night. Had to leave. Pro- staff was nice
