This place had to be the Worst location I’ve ever lived at. You’re only allowed 2 assigned parking spaces guest can’t stay over because no over night is allowed. You’re not allowed to move in past 5pm because U-hauls aren’t allowed inside the neighborhood. That goes for all comercial vehicles you have a cable problem or light problem at night we’ll too bad you have to wait. If you’re thinking of buying or renting pls do yourself a service go else where.

One of the worst parking arrangements You own the condos but your guest can’t stay over night or they tow it where are your guest from out of town suppose to park and they have guest parking but still will tow your car after 2am so I would not recommend this place the building are not great either

Lived here when Vera Stuart was the property manager and I was much younger My friend jack would host parties at his home and we would sing watts up from the 4 non blonds and drink beer until the early hours of the morning. My apartment was great it overlooked the water and the property was very well maintained> I miss those good old days and I miss Jack but I drive by the property every day and it still looks great
