I'm usually very forgetful but like Maya Angelou said "People will never forget how you made them feel." I went to the ASCIS store only expecting to return sneakers and being hopeful someone would help me find the right sneaker to assist with some of the disadvantages my feet have. Well, I got that and more ! A special appreciation to a gentlemen name SEAN. He was so helpful, patient and informative. Along with the staff being super friendly and store manager being very willing to make accommodations. I personal don't come across great customer service often so I like to tell the world when I do. Thank you for your help and I absolutely will be returning for more sneakers ! :)

Love ASICS, was going in for some new running sneakers. The folks there were super helpful and answered all the questions I had both on the phone and in person. I bought a pair and loved the feel, however the color just didn’t sit right with me. Went back the next day and two of the workers, Brian and Jasmine, helped me make a return with no issue. I will definitely send my runner friends to this spot!

Every time I come into this store the customer service is horrible. It always feels like the employees feel like they’re doing me a favor. I came in to buy ASICS elite shoe the MetaSpeed sky and called in advance to hold them. Came in and they didn’t hold them. After speaking to the manager Roger his response was “I wasn’t here bro”. At this point I don’t know why I keep coming to this store. You step in and you have to chase employees for help. Occasionally you get a nice employee like Omar who helped me today after the manager says and acts like it isn’t his problem. Note to ASICS: I’ve been running on your shoes for 10 years. Hire people that care about your brand and representing it well.
