Manager should be fired. Incompetent. Racist. New prospects are lured into the thinking they will get a house similar to the model unit. Note: model unit is brand new - no residents ever lived there. Rental units are falling apart (no a/c, mold, no pool, etc)

Bad Property Manager. DO NOT move here. 1- Ignore maintenance requests 2- mold is clearly visible and yet ignored 3- A/C vents never cleaned 4- A/C units are old and breaking all the time 5- Pool is never cleaned - unable to use 6- Gym is always dirty and bathrooms are closed 7- Not safe - No night time security - multiple cars were robbed

I had the unfortunate opportunity to live in this place and should have listened to all other 1 star reviews. THEY ARE ALL ON THE SPOT. Be aware of this place. the photos can be difficult for some however it is important to share them so you do not make my mistake. They will only care about your payment and will not return your deposit no matter what. They will not take care of your place and if they do it will be only the minimum thing after you have requested a number of times. Horrible place to live.

Do not rent here they don’t take care of anything we been out of AC now for a day plus they can’t keep maintenance personnel for whatever reason and they are just horrible horrible people to deal with!
