DIRTY DINING..... stood there waiting for my order watching a older gentleman wiping down food trays to be reused. The PROBLEM with this was he continued to use the same FILTHY rag over and over and over. Moving germs, bacteria, etc from one to another. This is not good with covid and other things going around. Please retrain this gentleman. He is an asset to your company. He just needs better training. Please help him.
