Publix Super Market at Milstead Crossing

I always come to this Publix. Usually I’ll pick up one or a few items never major shopping because they’re a bit on the expensive side. However today I did major shopping almost $300 worth of groceries. The lines were a bit long. A cashier named Toya came and offered to ring me up… she was pleasant, first glance she beautiful, and her attitude and smile made her even more beautiful. It appeared she took pride in her job providing excellent customer with a smile and a genuine attitude. She rung me up, packed the bags herself and helped me placed them in my cart! Thanks so much for showing up today. You made my experience a great one. This makes me want to do large shopping here just for the friendly and exceptional service!! Kudos Ms. Toya!!

Trip to this Publix location was short & definitely sweet. Had a very strong feeling that Publix would carry the 2 items that I needed for usage during my stay in GA. Thanks Publix--had to cop xtra for the take home back to NJ. Typically have to purchase one of the items regularly online via different retailers.

I’ve been going since they opened and unfortunately in recent years the service has declined a bit . Publix was A blessing to me when I was pregnant and buying food for a million people bc the bag person is required to ask if you need help out to your car and so I took it every time . It was worth it to pay a bit higher prices just because of that one service they provided . I don’t know if they have changed their policy or it’s just bc now I take my bf with me and he wouldn’t say yes anyways if they offered to help us out to the car - but it bothers me that they don’t ask anymore . The meat department is great tho and has had some of the same guys there for years and they know their meat well and will even cut it for you how you like it if it’s not already out in the case .

The customer service at the bakery is terrible!! They’re unprofessional, rude, unfriendly in the bakery department. On 3 occasions twice with myself and once with my son n law they did not acknowledge us as we were standing there wanting to place a cake order. The young lady seemed to have an attitude. I told her 3 times “ excuse me I would like to place a cake order” she ignored me. I had to get the store manager for two incidents in the bakery. I placed the order for a cake. Came the next day to pick my cake up and another young lady told me there wasn’t a cake order placed for me, she didn’t see it. I got the store manager and he was displeased with his bakery associates and told her to get the cake ready by the end of the day. I came back the end of the day and the manager had my cake ready and told me it was free of charge. I’m not going to write about the other two Incidence because it’s too long. I will say the customer service outside of the bakery at this location is great!! Sensational! They need to seriously address the ladies in the bakery on professionalism and how to treat and greet paying customers. This is my go to Publix because it’s close to my house. Their bakery department will no longer receive my business. I will drive to another Publix for my family bakery needs just for a piece of mind. As long as those rude women work there. It’s ridiculous! If you know you must be at work why have an attitude? It cost nothing to be nice and put a smile on your face when dealing with the public.
