I've been going to this store for my daily Diet Dew fix for several years, and the big problem they have is that they're perpetually understaffed. As a result, the employees seem constantly stressed out and overworked, and turnover seems very high. There are frequently many people waiting in line at the checkout counter, the floors and counters don't get cleaned enough, and - worst of all - the mini cookies don't get baked! Holiday: you need to keep this location fully staffed! Your other stores in the area don't have this problem, nor do they have so much traffic. I know staffing is hard right now, but that means that you need to raise your wages to attract more applicants, and to retain the employees you have. What's happening right now isn't fair to your employees or your customers.

The food was not fresh seemed very old, the floor was dirty and the coolers looked empty. Most of the cashiers appeared to really struggle grasping their duties as a gas station clerk. Horrible location, management should probably do their job instead of being as lazy as their employees. If you don't like your job quit, plan & simple. Horrible customer service.
