The dresses are really nice. The problem is the workers. They stay on their phone and don’t help you. My husband had to help me try on dresses even though they say the workers will help you. Then proceeded to kick out my husband even though I was the only person in the dressing room. The are also racist. My family is Portuguese but we look white. All the workers are Hispanic and told us we are not welcomed in the store.

Quite possible the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Looking for a Sweet 16 dress for my daughter and encountered not only one but two extremely rude associates. Upon entering an associate yelled at us stating there was no eating in the store. No one was eating, my daughter was carrying a CLOSED bag from Annie's. We left and returned later. I approached an associate with a picture of a dress my daughter wanted says no and turns away. Not an offer to assist with another dress at all. This made the experience for my daughter not something enjoyable. We walked out and will definitely not return.
