The machine did not have my key type in the machine, so it asked if I wanted it shipped. Got them shipped and they arrived within a few days. Keys worked just fine.

There is nothing as good as dealing with a real person. The kiosk could not cut me a key. So I went to a Ace hardware store in Eagan.
