We are following all CDC guidelines. Each appointment has a limited amount of guests. All customers and staff must wear a mask. We ask that customers call before entering the shop so that we can properly socially distance and clean each room before the next appointment.

Yes, we are a by appointment only bridal boutique with services for Bridal Shopping, Mother of the bride, and Bridesmaids. We pride ourselves on giving each customer our undivided attention. Our bridal appointments are 90 minutes and that is typically the perfect amount of time to review our showroom floor and try on the dresses fit for you!

All of our designer wedding dresses are made to order, on average they take 6 months to create. Including shipping and alterations we suggest ordering your gown at least 9-12 months prior to your wedding date. There are rush options for weddings that will take place in less than 6 months with rush fees applying.

We recommend proper undergarments, a heel that you envision yourself wearing, and an open mind! Feel free to bring in your Pinterest page and other pictures to give your stylist a better idea of the look and silhouette you envision! Your bridal consultant will be ready to guide you with all the information you have, or do not have on the wedding gown of your dreams! Our Pinterest page is always a great way to browse some of our selection.

We recommend no more than 4-5 people to attend your appointment. We feel that the opinions of a trusted few make the decision easier and less stressful for you.

Absolutely! We carry plus size wedding dresses, from sizes 18 - 34 as well as bridesmaid and mothers dresses! All of the dresses in our shop can be ordered in plus size.

Our bridal gowns range from $1,200-$3,500. We only require 60% payment to order your dress, and the balance is due within 10 business days of the arrival of the gown. For bridesmaids dresses our range is $140-$300 and for Mother’s gown the prices range from $400-$1,100 and are paid in full at time of ordering.

As soon as your dress arrives we ask you to come in within 5 days for your first try on & accessory appointment. We will order the dress as close to your current size as possible, but all bridal gowns require alterations in order to fit you perfectly. We have in-house alterations but you are not required to use our services. We recommend you allow about 2-3 months for alterations.

When using our master seamstresses they assess each bride in their gown for the adjustments that are needed. Each brides needs can vary and every gown has different construction and layers, for the reason we provide a large range. Bridal alterations range from $350-$750 which includes pressing, packaging and personal appointments with the seamstress. Bridesmaids alterations range from $45-$175 and Mother’s gowns can range from $85 - $395 depending on the nature of the gown. Free consultations are available to provide a more accurate pricing range!

We recommend you order your bridesmaid dresses about 8 months prior your wedding date as they take an average of 4 months to arrive after ordering. This allows ample time for your bridesmaids to receive their gowns and time for any necessary alterations. Discounts are made for our brides and large group bridal parties.

Unfortunately since our retailers do not accept returns and refunds, we have a no refund/return policy on all items.

Yes, and thank you for your service! We offer a 15% discount on any items excluding wedding gowns.

Thank you for asking! We want to keep our shop as tidy as possible so the gowns stay in the best condition for you to try on so we ask that only bottled water be permitted into the shop. We do celebrate with a champagne toast when you say "YES TO THE DRESS!". Because of the delicate nature of the dresses, we also ask that children under 10 not come to the appointment. We recommend that you bring them to the final fitting if it is important for you to include them during this experience.

Yes, we keep our gowns in great condition and buying a dress off the rack is a great way to purchase a dress at up to 50% off! If your wedding day is around the corner, it will ensure that your dress will be in on time. Our seamstresses can help repair the gown if needed and cleaning options are available. We carry an edited selection of each designer’s collection, so trunk shows are a designated time that we have an extended selection of a particular designer. Trunk shows last for only a few days, and appointments fill up quickly, so we recommend you book early if one of your favorite designers will be visiting so you can shop the entire collection. Unfortunately we do not buy pre owned or pre used wedding gowns, we only carry sample gowns through our retailers. We recommend finding consignment stores or there are some online websites that you can sell gowns through!
