I have used Palm Beach Modern on 2-3 occasions to sell items and have had nothing but excellent service as well as excellent sales results. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future. I have also bought items through them as well, but sadly they do such a good job in the selling that I do not buy as much as I would like.

DISHONEST SCAMMERS. This auction house listed in November 2021 what they categorized as Steuben Crystal which I won; these were actually cheap Martinsville Glass figurines. They even veiled in their listing that the crystals were displayed and exhibited four times in the past to establish provenance. What a joke. When I pointed this out and spoke to the co-owner and sent a detailed email to the company asking for a refund, I received an email by the company’s President, who referred me to their page long legal disclaimer and said they would not refund a penny. When as a company you are charging the public a 30% commission on the final auction price then you should bear some responsibility in selling REAL items that you print as real that are actually fake. Or in the least when a customer points out and brings to your attention that you just sold him fake goods (that you listed as real) that customer would expect some restitution and refund, not just a copy pasting of your legal disclaimer. They didn’t even give me back the 30% commission they charged me!! And I spent about $125 dollars extra for a shipping company to send me my fake goods! Altogether a very upsetting experience without any degree of customer service to correct their dishonesty. Very disappointed in my experience with Palm Beach Modern Auctions…
