Place was packed! We’re lucky there was still some Pistacchio left for us 🤤! That and the coffee flavor are gorgeous suggestions 🤩 My sister and I set out to try all gelato and ice cream places around. Bianco is great! Hope you get to meet the amazing Juan and Valentina! 🍨 5 Stars

5 of us just finished an official tour of the place next door where my friend will be getting married. Afterwards, we decided to stop by and get some gelato. We ordered gelato and gave them a good tip! We were all on a happy high!The bride, her groom and 3 bridesmaids. We were laughing and giggling about the venue and sooo excited planning the trip to Ibiza for the bachelorette party 🎉! After being there for about 15 minutes, the worker comes and tells us to please lower our voices because she is unable to hear the one person at the counter who is trying to place their gelato order… there was only one other person is the store. Yes our volume may have been a bit high because we were so excited. But, not to the point where you were unable to hear someone else’s order. Also, it took more energy to come over to us and tell us that, than it would have taken to just go closer to the person to hear what they were ordering. Also, it’s an ice cream parlor type of setting. Not a proper restaurant. It’s where children come with their families. The worker completely killed our vibe when she came over to tell us that. We were so happy and excited. And after that we felt embarrassed and judged. so we just got up and left. Completely ruined such a wonderful evening. Terrible customer service.
