This store is very complete. I really like the items that they sell from footwear, men's and women's clothing, for girls and boys, electronics, furniture, sporting goods, records and movies, toys, travel items, garden items, bicycles, appliances, and much more I really like the order of the clothes by size, signage and color, which makes it easy to search and is very pleasing to the eye. In general, the products are in very good used condition, it seems new and if you are lucky, you will find The dressing rooms are very clean and close to the area to try on the garments. The prices are very affordable and cheap. Staff only attentive cordial and friendly provide 5 star service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place

The store does not do pick-ups you might be able to arrange something with your Bishop to have somebody pick up from your house and take it to the store but otherwise you have to drop it off yourself
Yes, you don't have to have an appointment anymore to drop off items. Although you should check store hours before heading over to make sure they are open

You no longer need an appointment to drop off donations. The hours to donate though have changed. Tuesday thru Friday the hours to donate are 11-4. Saturday it's 10-5.
Their website says they are still requiring appointments to drop off donations. From what I could see, you don't have to wait long to find an open appointment.

They have new beds in all sizes, you may find twin frames but the no longer sell used mattress

There is a Deseret Industries there. I'm not sure how you could have missed us. Perhaps you went to the side of the building that is LDS Family Services and chose not to drive to the northeast to the front of our building? Perhaps you went into the doors for LDS Employment Services? I'm puzzled as to why none of the staff there would have directed you to the correct door with the massive sign that says Deseret Industries above it? They share the building with the previous two organizations. Any of the employees could have directed you.
Yes sometime in 2019 they changed their closing time to 8. After reopening in 2020 they close even earlier (6).

During business hours drop of on the North side. They can write you a donation slip for your taxes.
