I recommend bobs to everyone I know. Family owned and operated! I trust them before anyone else especially a dealership. They never try to upsell. They have saved me money countless of times! Yes there may be a wait for your car so I always plan ahead. Either by getting picked up and dropped off once the car is ready, bringing my work into their waiting room with me, a book. To be honest it's never too long of a wait but they operate first come first serve and they definitely have their busy days as they are THE BEST OF THE BEST.
