No, you do not have to pay to try dresses on.
Youd have to call the shop regarding inventory. I was shopping for a mother of the groom dress. There was another young lady shopping for a prom gown. They have a HUGE inventory. So, I'd be very surprised of they didn't have what you're after.

Yes, you just need to call and arrange. If they are under 18 they will need parental supervision for the whole appointment
