If i could give 0 stars i would but it wont let me This tires place has gone down hill it was once a good tire place with good customer service etc. Now its not the same i came and was waiting to change my tire my turn was up and i was getting ready to go forward so they can change my tire but a lady the owner i gues or manager appears out of nowhere and tells me to wait and tells another car to come forward and that car gets service even tho the c car wasnt waiting and just showed up then another car shows up and that car gets serviced So 2 cars who where not their waiting get checked first even though i was waiting patiently first before them So the custmer service here is bad

Yes u can. Balance and rotate start at $8 each. I'm not sure the price for the exchange but I know it's not much. And disposed tires have a short fee. They're amazing though I send everyone here
To be honest calling is not very convenient if you're not too far from there your best bet is to go in and talk to somebody when you get there about what you need. Sometimes the service is not that great but overall they do a good job and normally they want you to be happy when you leave. My experience with these people is if you're polite to them they are polite to you. I've seen people be jerks and leave getting screwed over
