Just bought a house wowwww brand new me neighbors bathroom sinked into the house , my backyard neighbors water leak thru his electrical system and yesterday me living water leaking damage and dinning room as well I just found out they removed my neighbors roof carpet without permission because they don't want bad publicity I'm just waiting fie them to even think of removing mine I don't work I'm always home we as neighbors need help we are being sold really bad properties

Is my town house the only one that shakes terribly at least 1-2 times a day? & Was so so happy with this place but it’s become such a hassle for friends and family to visit with the new machine they placed at the gate and there only assistance to guest sometimes line takes forever to get in especially when you got cars cutting in.

Entering this condominium is a joke, the rows of cars is something incredible, the mailbox they put to call the tenant is from the 80s, it takes an hour to call, an hour per car! lines to enter are from 30 min to 60min!! depending on the day and time, they really have to solve the issue of the entrance

If you are trying to have your friends and family over, forget about it it takes hours to just getting in the gate.
