Pharmacy hours on the app, website, and on their door says they are open M-F until 9 pm. Showed up at 7 pm to get my medicine and it was closed. Last time their "system" was down and I couldn't get my meds for 3 days because it was a weekend. I'm changing all my RX to the one on Biscayne Blvd.

I wish this place actually cared… The times I’ve called this pharmacy, I’m either on a 20 - till forgotten min hold or I’m hung up on. I was hung up on 5 times yesterday! No wait, just straight up hung up on. I was unable to go to the store and I needed to call in to check if my prescription was ready… This is unacceptable. Please train your employees better.. It’s a shame because I live so close by; I’m going to have to change my pharmacy location. No one should experience this low level of service…

There are no good in the pharmacy. I had appointments for covid test for 10:30 and they said we don't do anybody until after 11:15a.m I don't think is fare for the customer. It not the first time I have problems with them pharmacy there. I hope they can fix the problem.
